Skintelligencenter and VMV HYPOALLERGENICS®. These are some of your doctor’s credentials:

You should always ask about your doctor’s qualifications—and because our founding physician plays such an active role in the research, development, and clinical testing of VMV HYPOALLERGENICS® products—allow us to share with you some of our founding physician’s qualifications.

  • She is a board-certified clinical dermatologist, dermatologic surgeon, dermatopathologist, teacher and researcher. Having held elected positions in international dermatological associations, she remains active in several in the USA and Asia. She is a member of one of the oldest and most prestigious medical organizations in the world—membership is extended by invitation only to those considered to be significant contributors to and foremost leaders in their specialties.
  • Graduating early from medical school at the age of 21, she was one of the first dermatopathology graduates in the USA under Dr. Hermann Pinkus (who, with his father Felix, is considered to be one of the fathers of dermatopathology in the USA). She began her research career with her first publication while still a resident; her second, published the next year, was awarded first prize by the Cutis journal of dermatology. She is a widely-published author in reference books as well as peer-reviewed journals such as Archives of Dermatology, Dermatitis, British Journal of Dermatology, European Journal of Dermatology, Journal of Investigative Dermatology, Journal of Drugs and Dermatology, etc.) and is a sought-after speaker at medical conventions around the globe.
  • In addition to research for VMV HYPOALLERGENICS®, she regularly performs studies for her own interests as well as for pharmaceutical and laser companies for their drugs and machines. Along with her expertise in contact allergies, she is considered a specialist in procedural, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology; phototherapy, photodermatology and hyperpigmentations; acne, psoriasis, various types of skin cancer, and other diseases of the skin.

She does not put her seal of approval on formulations submitted to her from external laboratories; our founding dermatologist-dermatopathologist formulates each VMV HYPOALLERGENICS® product herself with her team of chemists, pharmacologists, and residents.
